Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Starter plan has no time limit and no credit card required. You get a personal profile, Trust Score, and access to the social feed indefinitely.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens to my Trust Score if I cancel?
Your Trust Score, ratings, and reviews are permanently yours. They are tied to your profile identity, not your subscription tier. Downgrading simply restricts which features you can use.
Is GST included in the listed price?
Prices shown are exclusive of GST. GST at the applicable rate will be added at checkout. Enterprise invoicing can include GST details for input tax credit.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes. Annual billing gives you two months free (equivalent to ~17% off). Contact our sales team for volume pricing on large teams.
