Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how Ozrit IT Solutions Private Limited handles subscription cancellations and refund requests for the Rating Star platform. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a paid plan.
1. Free Tier
The Rating Star Starter plan is free indefinitely. There is nothing to cancel and no refund applicable. You may delete your free account at any time from your account settings.
2. Paid Plan Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time:
- Go to Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle after cancellation.
- Access to paid features continues until the period-end date.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period, not immediately. If you need assistance with cancellation, contact us at ozrittechnologies@gmail.com.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

| Service outage exceeding 24 consecutive hours in a billing month | Pro-rated credit |
| Duplicate charge due to billing error | Full refund of duplicate amount |
| Cancellation after 7 days of payment | No refund; access continues until period end |
| Account terminated for Terms of Service violation | No refund |
| Unused portion of an active subscription (not within 7-day window) | No refund |
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email ozrittechnologies@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
- Include your registered email address, the date of charge, and the reason for your request.
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and respond within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase (not applicable on renewals). After 14 days, no refund is issued for the remaining months on an annual plan. You may cancel the auto-renewal at any time to prevent future charges.
6. Enterprise Agreements
Enterprise plans are governed by a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) signed at the time of onboarding. Cancellation and refund terms for Enterprise accounts are as specified in the applicable MSA. If no MSA has been signed, the standard paid plan cancellation policy above applies.
7. GST and Tax Implications
GST paid on subscription fees is non-refundable by Ozrit once the tax has been remitted to the government. Refund amounts will reflect the subscription fee exclusive of any taxes already paid.
8. Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.
